|
Small Soldiers (1998) Gregory Smith stars as Alan Abernathy, a somewhat mischievous boy who, while entrusted to watch over his dad's toy store, encounters some toys that are alive! The "Commando Elite" toys are soldiers whose mission is to destroy the "Gorgonites", a group of gentle toys whose programming requires them to be defeated by the Commandos. Alan is thrust into this battle as he tries to protect the Gorgonites and defeat the Commando Elite, and eventually help the Gorgonites return to their home, Gorgon. Gregory's difficult acting task in this movie was to interact with co-stars who don't exist, as most of the toys were computer-generated or robotic.
