Double Parked (2000) Noah Fleiss stars as Bret, a troubled boy whose father beats him.  Bret is the school delinquent who has numerous piercings, chews tobacco, uses drugs, beats up other kids, is a petty criminal, and is repeating the sixth grade - again.  He saves a nerdy kid, Matt Ronaldi (Rufus Read), from being picked on by bullies with the hope that book-smart Matt will do his homework for him.
