Michael Angarano was raised in the NY area but moved to suburbs of Los Angeles to pursue his career.  Mikey started his showbiz career with TV commercials and played Tiny Tim in the 1995 Radio City Christmas Spectacular.  Many fans may remember Mikey from the "Trane" TV commercial where he plays a young cowboy who is a big fan of 'Singing Bob;' from the McDonald's commercial where he has his first real sandwich; or the Motorola commercial where he shows his classmates his plans to make a robot dog.  His list of television and movie credits is impressive for any star, let alone a young actor.  Michael was also a finalist for the role of Anakin Skywalker in "Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace."

Michael's first big TV role, and the one which gained him great popularity and admiration, was in the USA Network TV series "Cover Me: Based on the True Life of an FBI Family" (2000), where he played Chance Arno, son of an undercover FBI agent.  For his work in "Cover Me" Mikey was nominated for the 1999-2000 Young Artist Award for Best Supporting Young Actor in a TV Drama Series.
